Pole classes are £10, splits & stretch classes are £8.50 as part of a course – usually 4-6 weeks 
Ideally you want to wear shorts on your lower half, the skin can help you to grip the pole. However to start with you can wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms if you feel more comfortable
We currently have a mix of ages in our adult classes, we even have 2 ladies in their 70s. Non in their 80s but never say never 
It is an inclusive studio where all body shapes & sizes are welcome 
WHEN ARE CLASSES? We have beginners classes 7 days a week split over daytimes, evenings & weekends! Something to suit everyone 
HOW LONG ARE CLASSES? Every class on our timetable is 50 minutes

We will guide you through everything step by step 
HOW MANY CLASSES DO PEOPLE ATTEND EACH WEEK? That is totally up to you?! Most people start with 1 or 2. Students that have been coming to classes for a while usually attend between 1-4 times per week
